Diversity is the one thing we all have in common, so let us celebrate that today and every day!
One of the many things that makes Canada unique and a beautiful place to work, play and enjoy life is how different we all are. On June 27, let’s recognize the cultural diversity within our communities and how it enriches our daily lives on Multiculturalism Day!
Enjoying and understanding the wonderful differences that make us great are directly connected to our Core Values of Respect and People First. We are a company that embodies diversity, equity, and inclusion. With that in mind, we are pleased to announce that we will be a major sponsor of the annual Tapestry Festival in Kamloops.
The Tapestry Festival aims to provide an inclusive and diverse environment for all members of our community. There will be food, music, dances, history and art on display to educate others about the wonderful cultures from around the world in an attempt to reduce racism and discrimination incidents in our community.
Hopefully we will see you at the Tapestry Festival on Sept. 16 at McDonald Park from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
